First, he was able to give me a free inspection/estimate with a full explanation of what kind of work my home needed to correct a previous job that was done by contractor who did an addition. Second, Juan is professional who found many challenges while working on my project. He expressed what he found wrong, and how he was going to correct in order to complete the project. He showed up on time and finished the work same day. He did not exceed the estimated quote. Juan is friendly and knowledgeable.
