I had Ivan come out and install a charger for my new car. He works with SMUD as a certified contractor so processing any rebates due from SMUD is easy. He was on time and communicated with me throughout the estimate and installation. His work was neat and quick, for my house he had to get access to the attic through the master bedroom closet, which is on the opposite side of the house from the garage install location. I appreciate how clean he left the closet and the garage.

Called on Friday to have my Tesla charger installed. They scheduled a Monday arrival. They arrived as scheduled with a professional equipped truck. Performed the task quickly and perfectly. They even inspected my electrical box for issues and found one breaker that needed to be replaced and did so without charge. Re-labeled the electrical box as well. It is rare these days to encounter someone as professional and responsive as Ivan at High End Electric. He truly deserves every 5 star review! We first hired him based on Yelp reviews to come and assess our flickering lights, and after taking a look (that same day!), he moved around some breakers which helped somewhat, but said that it was ultimately due to our worn out panel. So we hired him for our long overdue panel upgrade and were thoroughly impressed every step of the way with his communication. He applied the fee from the first job to the panel upgrade, and even personally came and trimmed back tree branches in our yard to make sure that everything was clear. He also seamlessly coordinated everything with SMUD and the county. On the prep day and day of, he was nothing but professional and kind, I would highly recommend Ivan and will definitely be requesting his help for any future electrical needs!

I cannot say enough great things about Ivan and Jimmy. An installer at Home Depot cut a hardwire on my dishwasher while installing it shorting out my kitchen counter.
