Ivan / High End Electric were the consummate professionals and extremely competent. I can't recommend them highly enough. They were responsive, communicative, tidy, and very quick. He and his crew rewired all of the outlets in our 1953 home (original wiring) in less than two days. They also troubleshot a few other light fixtures, installed a fixture and switch in a closet, and installed a ceiling fan. Aside from the better functioning electric systen he set up in our home - I wouldn't even have known he was there. They cleaned everything thoroughly and were as quiet as possible while my wife and I worked from home. I can sleep easily now knowing our electrical system is safe. We will certainly reach out again if we need any more work!

Ivan did a FABULOUS job replacing our knob and tube wiring and upgrading our panel. I got quotes from two other electricians and right off the bat Ivan's attention to detail really struck me. He provided a fully itemized quote, helpful suggestions on what projects were necessary vs. what we could delay, and handled all the permits with SMUD. Our home is on the older side with a crawl space and attic that are a tight fit. Ivan and his team were able to work with these constraints when running new wires and only ended up needing to make one very small hole in the dry wall. They went above and beyond my expectations in terms of cleaning up the job site and even doing some touch up paint work where the new light fixtures went in.

I also appreciated Ivan's pro-active approach and eye for design. He suggested where to swap out small fixtures for recessed lighting that modernized the look of the hallway and kitchen. He independently anticipated electrical needs for our upcoming HVAC replacement and even installed a kit to replace our broken doorbell. Would definitely recommend and High End Electric will be my first call for any future projects!

I decided to install a whole house fan, so a couple of weeks ago called High End Electric. Ivan Guzman (business owner) said he would order the fan, then set up the install date. He and his brother came out today, and did such a great job!! They covered the work areas, and draped off the area in the hall with plastic to keep the dust from blowing while they cut out the area for the ceiling vent. After they finished, they vacuumed the work areas, and left everything immaculate. Ivan explained how to use the fan, including giving me an Owner's Guide. I have been using this company for almost 3 years, and wouldn't think of calling anyone else. Ivan is reliable, reasonably priced, and meticulous with his work. I'm so happy with my new house fan!! Thank you again so much!

Ivan and his brother showed up right on time, got the job done quickly, were very professional, and were extremely neat and clean while working.

-Assembled and hung two ceiling fans
-Installed three digital switches
-Did some work on an existing fan to get rid of an annoying tick, and found a brighter LED bulb option I didn't realize existed
-Hung four LED four foot tube lights in my garage (night and day difference as my garage was previously dimly lit)

I couldn't ask for more from these guys. They gave me honest and direct answers to questions, were timely in their work, and I plan on hiring them again if anything else comes up. You'd be wise to do the same.

Ivan and his team were so professional and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things. High End rewired our old home from the 1940's, put in a new panel, and installed recessed lighting. So it was a large project. They were incredibly organized, kept everything clean, and answered my many questions. Ivan helped explain what we needed and what we didn't need to make our home safer. We plan to do more projects in the future and I know High End electric will be doing them.

Ivan is a skilled and experienced electrician who does quality work! We hired Ivan to replace our old Zinsco electrical panel on our home from 1958. We decided to go to Ivan after reading his Yelp reviews and seeing his work on his Instagram profile. He clearly has a lot of pride in the work he does, and it helped us trust Ivan for this job. I contacted other electricians who were not as experienced with the process, and in comparison Ivan knew exactly what to do with contacting SMUD to get the process started. He also came out a day early to prep, and was at our home early to get started. Ivan and his colleague worked quickly and efficiently, and worked with SMUD to get the inspection completed as soon as possible so that we would have only limited disruption to our power. Power was back on by early afternoon! We will definitely consider Ivan for any future projects!
