Abysmal customer service. It is hard to believe, but I tried and tried to give them my business. I had a representative come out to my office to give me an estimate for lighting repairs. The person I spoke with, TJ was his name, stated he'd get me a quote asap, but over a week past and nothing. I called him and he gave an excuse about being very busy, and that he isn't the person who handles quotes, that is someone else at his office, but he promised he'd get them to send me this long awaited quote. Another week passed and nothing, so I called the main office and spoke to a lady. She apologized and promised she'd find out what was happening and be immediately in touch. That was now about 2 weeks ago. This has gone on for over a month. I wanted to give them my business since their office was near to my own and I like to help local businesses, but apparently they do not want my business and have ignored my requests for a quote for over a month now. If they don't want my business then I doubt they want yours. Read this and find another electrician other than this company. They just don't care.
