Sam's journey in electronics began in the 90s, and he earned a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from Devry. He began by repairing VCRs, showcasing his long-standing experience in the field. Sam's love for technology fuels his desire to assist people. In 1999, he established Hi-Tech AV to pursue this goal. Being personally involved in installations and client interactions is what Sam truly enjoys. Sam is a hands-on owner who is committed to providing every customer with the service and honesty they deserve.

Susinder G.Sam and his team at Hi-Tech AV did a good job installing a complete home theatre system with 5.1 in ceiling speakers, in ceiling projector mount and an audio rack. I found him knowledgeable as he could provide good guidance on different equipment options along with each of their pros and cons. The price for most of his equipment suggestions were usually high because they were all of high end, high quality grade, but after installation and using system, we're really enjoying it and feel it was really worth it for the home theater experience.

Sam was nice on the phone and in person.
However, Sam had rescheduled my appointment because he forgot he had another client, took 21 days to send us a quote, and provided us information for a receiver which is available at Best Buy for 1/5th of the price quoted.
Disappointing.

Sam showed up the same day evening and gave me a quote in a couple of days. All the other people who gave me a quote either were too high or not a professional and I choose to work with Sam.
On the day of the job Sam showed up on time and did a very professional work. He ran into so many surprises but he struck with it and finished a high quality work.
