Hunter, the owner, was excellent. He came out to service a melted disconnect on the AC unit that was a fire hazard. He skillfully removed the faulty part, explained how/why the issue had happened, and installed a new disconnect that will be much safer for my family. He was easy to communicate with and prices were very fair. We will definitely work with Hi Pointe again in the future.
