Elijah and Chris did a phenomenal job installing indoor and outdoor light fixtures in my home. Elijah is friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly communicated with me at every stage in the process. During the quote process, Elijah took time to inspect the current condition of fixtures and equipment and asked me thoughtful questions about what I wanted. On the day of installation, he called before they arrived and then talked to me about the sequence of their work. They were efficient and did an impeccable job installing the light fixtures. Once they were done, he talked me though all they had done to make sure I was pleased. I would definitely recommend Hi-Five Electric and I will be using them again.

I don't often feel compelled to write a review but Elijah and crew absolutely nailed it. Great customer experience from beginning to end. Elijah was thorough, made sure he understood what I was after, and very clearly explained my options. 100% will be using Hi-Five again in the near future.

My Breaker need to be replaced for my AC . Called several companies and no one serviced my area or they wasn't available to come out. Called Hi Five and Brian showed up within the hour! Brian is awesome, he was super nice and extremely informative. He replaced the breaker in mins and now I am nice an cool. Don't hesitate to give them a call.

Jack arrived at the appointed time and quickly diagnosed the issue which caused the bedroom receptacles not to work. The cost was quite reasonable and I do recommend this company. He came with a mask properly wore and coverings on his shoes. I would use this company again.

We had a great experience with Hi-Five Electric. They installed a bunch of GFCI outlets, replaced some light fixtures, and problem-solved, replaced, and rewired some light switches that did not work. Jack and an apprentice came out to do an estimate and did a thorough job of investigating what the work involved. They were both very friendly and easy to work with. Elijah and an apprentice came out to do the actual work. Scheduling was easy and communication was good.

The actual work turned into a bigger and more difficult job than expected because of some crazy issues with the existing wiring. Some idiot who worked on our house before we owned it apparently fancied themselves an amateur electrician and had really messed things up. But Elijah was excellent and managed to sort everything out. Even though the work was more complicated and took longer than estimated, and even though they ultimately installed a couple more GFCI outlets than we thought were needed, Hi-Five refused to add to the estimate and only charged us that amount. They also left the house clean and tidy. The whole experience was really just excellent. Highly recommend!

Hi Five Electric did an outstanding job on a complicated wiring challenge in our home. The technician (Jack V) was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and experienced and considerate.
