Heyermann Green Energy, Inc. (follow us as HGESolar on Twitter) is a woman veteran-owned and operated company with over three decades of experience in construction, engineering, electrical work, solar energy, and oil and gas analysis. Chere's journey in energy production began with off-grid solar and battery backup installations on ranch land in Sierra Valley, CA, in 1999.

Currently, we install solar systems for both residential and commercial clients and have engineered solar power plants for agricultural clients with the finest tracking pole mount systems available.

Your business is significant to us and to the local economy. In 2014, we launched a campaign encouraging customers to fire PG&E and hire HGE. We were motivated to illustrate how customers could save on costs compared to PG&E's electrical rates. Currently, our customers average 26 cents per watt with PG&E, while we can install solar systems that average 15 cents per watt or less, depending on the panel mounting.

Our team includes Chere Heyermann, our Founder/CEO, a Marine Corps Veteran who holds a BA in Intelligence Studies with Honors and has expertise in geopolitical energy and oil analysis. Chere is a C-Level Strategist committed to decreasing non-sustainable dependencies, reducing environmental risks, enhancing financial global trade positions, and improving corporate competitive advantages.

John Gildea, our President of Construction, holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and serves as a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy Reserves. He brings 20 years of diverse experience in Corporate Venture Capital, Project Development, and Project Management.

Carole Hopwood, our Founder/COO, has a BS in Organizational Management and is known as an expert witness on nuclear power plant planning for the United States Congress and California Senate committees.

Our staff consists of North American Board Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) or individuals with degrees in related fields.
