Heyermann Green Energy, Inc. (HGESolar on Twitter) is a woman veteran-led enterprise with over three decades of experience in construction, engineering, electrical work, solar energy, and oil and gas analysis. Chere's journey in energy production began with off-grid solar and battery backup installations on ranch land in Sierra Valley, CA, in 1999.

Currently, we install solar systems for both residential and commercial clients and have designed solar power plants for farmers utilizing the best tracking pole mount systems available.

We value your business and its impact on our local economy. In 2014, we launched a campaign encouraging customers to fire PG&E and hire HGE. We were motivated to illustrate how customers could save on costs compared to PG&E's electrical rates. Currently, our customers average 26 cents per watt with PG&E, while we can install solar systems that average 15 cents per watt or less, depending on the panel mounting.

Our team includes Chere Heyermann, the Founder/CEO, a Marine Corps Veteran with a BA in Intelligence Studies with Honors, skilled in geopolitical energy and oil analysis. Chere is a C-Level Strategist focused on reducing non-sustainable dependencies, mitigating environmental threats, enhancing financial global trade positions, and improving corporate competitive advantages.

John Gildea, who is our President of Construction, has a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and is a Lieutenant Commander in the Navy Reserves. With 20 years of extensive experience in Corporate Venture Capital, Project Development, and Project Management, he is a valuable asset.

Carole Hopwood, our Founder/COO, has a BS in Organizational Management and is known as an expert witness on nuclear power plant planning for the United States Congress and California Senate committees.

Our team members are North American Board Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) or hold degrees in applicable areas.
