Russel was very professional and courteous. He took a look at the mess my A/C unit was in, and gave me a few possible options. He was very upfront about what the issues may be, and how much it would cost before doing any work, and that it may not be the issue.

After I confirmed/approved, he went to work and fixed the wiring mess and we tested the and I now have a functioning cold A/C again. I would recommend him for any appliance issues.

Can't say enough about the quality of service I experienced with Hertz Appliance Repair. A live, intelligent person answered the phone on the second ring. They were courteous and answered my questions quickly. They were able to come out that day. Russell, the tech sent me a text when he was in his way. He arrived at the beginning of his time window, which was nice.
He quickly diagnosed the problem with the icemaker and said he could get the replacement and install it that afternoon. He was as good as his word and had the unit working like new. My family and I are grateful for his work and recommend Russell at Hertz Appliance Repair.

Very pleased with the service from start to finish! Someone from their customer service team responded back within minutes of our inquiry last Saturday with an available time and date for today. Then, the personnel who came over to fix the issue on our washer was very professional, knowledgable, and pleasant to deal with. The staff and owner were very responsive; affordable and worked on the job pretty well. When the problem resurfaced (or so we thought), we reached out on Yelp messages, the staff responded with a YouTube video link and a suggestion what else could be wrong.
