Great service like any other professional business. It's hard to trust great services these days, I feel the greatest doing business here all the time.

Hertz electric really provided us very friendly and responsible service for the solar installation , definitely recommend their service to anyone who's looking for great service and good deals .

Peter and his company are great! I needed to have some solar work and I was on a schedule to get it done. I needed someone who knew what they were doing and was reliable. I shopped around for a good 2-3 weeks for prices. Peter really stood out the bunch by giving me a very affordable quote and had me awe struck by his knowledge and expertise. I would recommend my family and friends and look forward to calling them again for any of my electrical or solar needs. Thanks again Peter!

The reason I'm writing this review cuz I finally found a great company Hertz Electric ,I called they were very professional and they came over to my house they provide me with estimate .the price was good and the job was amazing, they even did an extra job for no charge to keep me happy as a costumer
I highly recommend Hertz Electric

For a recently purchased home in Sherman oaks our client needed an electrician. We needed the electrician to install an electrical car charge, electrical panel upgrade and solar installation. We decided to get 2 estimates and go from there. Alex from Hertz electrical and Solar impressed us so much we decided to go ahead and do the job. His price was better than the competition and we felt comfortable with his company.
DWP came and choose the meter spot and Alex and his crew installed our panel in 2 days. The solar installation and EV charger for the Tesla electric car was next. The solar installation took about 2 days also and they did an outstanding job on the patch work of our roof.
The job was performed a few months ago I took time to write this review to see if any issues would arise. There has been none. The solar system and car charger are running great and i am happy to have gone green. Thanks hertz electric and Solar!

Beware--If you have a lot of free time and don't mind wasting it, call them. I am a developer who rarely takes the time to write reviews, but I had to in this case because I believe what they did was truly unethical. Peter came out to evaluate completing an electrical rewiring job of a 5,000 sf home, which was 90% completed by another licensed electrician. He inspected the work and gave his recommendations, and estimated that it would cost $5K to complete the job that was not done. When I asked if this would include overseeing the entire job to make sure it passes rough inspection, the price went up to $8K to make any necessary corrections (of which there were few because the home was down to the studs and you CAN ACTUALLY SEE how everything was wired). The $8K price seemed high to me but because I was short on time, I agreed to it, especially because Peter said he was a certified electrician who was more qualified than just ""licensed"" electricians. We shook hands and agreed on scope. His partner Alex then emailed me an estimate and invoice which specified exactly that same scope, as stated below (in their own words):
-install new sub panel next to the main panel.
-do wire corrections, nail plates and strap.
-pass rough electrical inspection.
I sent through a signed work order and we were scheduled to meet the following day to begin. I then got a call from Alex, who said that they could guarantee their own work would pass inspection, but not other people's work. He also said that they would not correct other people's work if there were to be issues. What was the whole point in hiring them--to get my work 10% passed for $8K??? I reminded them that this was not only what Peter said verbally, but also what Alex sent through in his written estimate and invoice just hours ago. What did ""do wire corrections"" mean then? And what did ""pass rough electrical inspection"" mean? After some back and forth, Alex said he wanted to be ""responsible"" by not over-promising. Doing what you said you would do per your own estimate and invoice is called over-promising? I finally respectfully declined the engagement because I lost confidence in them. (Alex also indicated my electrical job would normally cost $100K-$125K, while all the original estimates I got for the entire job ranged from $14K-$28K. This alone was a data point that told me how far off the reservation they actually were.)
The moral of the story here? They may be competent electricians but they don't have fidelity to commitments they've made to customers. The partnership between the two, in my view, lacks trust. The back office guy does not trust the field guy to make assessments. The back office guy sits behind a desk and thinks he knows better than the field guy. With operations where folks constantly second guess each other, it is possible that they will get things figured out at some point in time, but in the mean time, consumers lose.

After looking at different solar installation companies I can honestly say that a I felt by far the most comfortable going with Alex. He was really polite , patient and took all the time in the world to explain to us how we were really saving.
The installation crew were fast and efficient installing the solar panels. We also needed to upgrade our electric panel which SunTech Solar took care of as well.
Very smooth experience .

When purchasing my Tesla, they made it sound so stressful to install a home charging station. Where to start, right? I found Hertz on Yelp, read the amazing reviews and decided to give them a call. I got an appointment for an estimate the same week. The electrician was on time and very friendly. We walked around my garage together and he was very detailed about the installation process. I felt confident that I wanted Hertz to install my Tesla home charging station. They electrician was fast and efficient! Now, all I have to do is pull into my garage, plug in, and I'll wake up to a full charge the next morning. Thank you so much Hertz!!! I'll be recommending you to everyone.

I didn't know where to start my search when looking for an electric car charging station for my Tesla. I yelped a few places and decided to go with Hertz. I made a great choice!! I got an appointment for an estimate with an electrician. From the very beginning the electrician was very nice, and when it came down to explaining, he was very knowledgable.
It takes an electrician that is very familiar with the demands that charging an electric vehicle will place on your homes wiring. The price was reasonable and well worth every dollar. I strongly recommend Hertz!!

We were remodeling our home and needed an electrician to rewire the entire house and upgrade our electrical panel. I know nothing about ""electrical"" and my husband put me in charge of this, not a good idea. I started by searching on Yelp, I called a couple of places for estimates; most of them were so pushy, and almost forcing me to get the job done with them. However, when I called Hertz , from the moment they answered their phone, I got nothing but great customer service. When the electrician came to give me an estimate, I was amazed at how knowledgeable and polite he was. He walked around the house and explained everything to me in details. We chose Hertz for our electrical problem and it was the best decision we ever made. They call before arrival, they are fast, efficient and their prices are very reasonable. Thank you Hertz, you have two very satisfied customers!!
