Great work and amazing prices. I moved into an old house with unsafe knob and tube wiring, so I had to get the whole house rewired. Out of 4 bids, Electric Heroes was the most affordable, AND they assured me they would not have to cut into the walls much to route the new wires. Other electricians said that they would have had to cut 20+ holes in the wall throughout the house. This ultimately saved me additional work, money, and headache which was greatly appreciated.

Highly recommended and they will definitely be my first call for electrical issues and projects in the future.

I sent out a request to get estimates to add new lights to the exterior of my house. Electric Heroes responded quickly and gave me a rough estimate in their response. I had the pleasure of working with Ilana and Roberto. They were great from the very beginning till the end of my project. I also liked that they have a great system to keep you informed via automated messages while still keeping the personal touch and being available via phone. Don't feed these monsters! Electric Heroes came out to fix a wire for us, but as it turned out, it was a wire that was old and that we decided to just discard it. So the guy didn't do any work and just left. Illiana, (the gal on the phone) Told me that the service fee was $239, but that it would be waived and I would only be charged the amount that it cost to do the repair. This was a lie.

They still charged us $110.00 FOR NOTHING. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! Wow. That's called not being a good human in my book.

So far so good, I love the way they communicate. If the email is not clear enough to define your project, they will call you right away putting you in touch with a Licensed Electrician who can talk Amp, Volts, kWatt, etc, if you know what I mean, and if this type of words does not make sense to you then they will explain in details that you can understand. Better yet they will try to schedule a next day free on site estimate. Even on Saturday!

I had a few small electric jobs at my place and reached out to a few businesses. Electric hero was the first to respond and was able to come by the following day for a free quote while all other businesses needed to charge a fee just for coming out to give the quote. Rob came the next day and estimated an hour for all the jobs. I was quite surprised he thinks he could finish everything that fast. He came back the next day and indeed was able to fix everything in an hour. At the evening I found something didnt work as expected and texted Rob, he said not to worry and he would come back to take a look. He came the next day as promised and found a stupid mistake on my part and everything was working again.

Throughout the job, Rob wore a mask and took his shoes off when he needed to enter my place. He also kept social distance when we interacted.
