My contractor called Electrical Heroes to sort out a problem the last electrician had made on our new electrical panel. Jose Blanco and his partner came out, crawled through the very narrow attic space and fixed the issue quickly and competently. Jose then showed me a few other issues that should be addressed and clearly explained what should be done to correct them to code. It was all communicated in layman's terms I could understand. Thank you Jose! I Highly recommend them.

From the moment I reached out to this company, they were fantastic! The owner Edon met (virtually) with me to go over the job, and within 5-10 minutes I had the estimate. He reviewed line items and answered all of my question. Three days later Jose and Brian came to my home to install an outlet. Jose walked me through all aspects of the job, and what was suppose to take about three hours, took two hours. Work was professionally done and walls where they did work looked none worse for the wear. If you're considering electric work, I HIGHLY recommend you consider this company!

I can't speak to the competence of the electricians, bc they haven't done anything yet. I can only speak of the scheduling. They rescheduled my appointment and didn't inform me. I found out the day of.

I'm giving them an extra star bc their estimate was very clear and detailed. (Though, the person who did the virtual estimate also no-showed at our original appointed time, and had to reschedule for a different day.)

I'm giving them a second extra star bc I asked them for a discount after multiple scheduling mishaps and they gave it to me. They still haven't completed the repair yet so, TBD on their actual electrical work.

We want to swap an old gas range and dryer for electric appliances, but didn't have the circuits. Our condo has no crawl space, and the 50 amp circuit for the range requires very think cables, so not an easy job.

Electric Heroes was great to work with, from estimate to project completion. Their crew (Francisco and Ignacio) worked hard, did good work, and were pleasant and even fun.

Electric Heroes are professional, communicative and easy to work with. Most importantly, they were available at a time when the trades in the Bay Area are in very high demand. The best ability is availability, they say.

We were flagged for a small violation in our building. For such a small job, most electricians I contacted wouldn't even come out to take a look. Matt came out, took a look and had a quote back to us in no time. Scheduling the work was just as easy and fast. As were the electricians who came out to do the job. There was a small hiccup in scheduling the final inspection (outside of their control, I believe), but once I contacted Idan the matter was resolved within minutes.

Good price, great service! They will be the first electricians I call when I need work in the future.

Great communication. Electrician showed up an hour early which was perfect. Friendly, found and fixed the issue (which was not straight forward at all) they will be my go to moving forward

Substandard work that does not comply with California title 24 electric laws. Dangerous fire hazards, EH placed metal lighting directly on metal pipes and ceiling installation. Recessed non-canned lighting was installed but EH charged for installation of canned lighting. Dangerously left a nail touching electrical wires in shower wall and did not fix. Negligence for leaving wires exposed to weather conditions for weeks. Dangerously installed a noncompliant outlet for an outdoors hot tub, when GFIC outlets were required.

I hired Electric Heroes for a project for our building after sourcing several quotes. They were by far the simplest to deal with while delivering the easiest and most fair quote. Their estimator was great to deal with.

The electrician that came, Jesus, was great to deal with and did a fantastic job which was quicker than estimated, ending our project under budget.

I can confidently say that I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an electrician. I will be hiring them again for sure.
