Update: I contracted Richard to install some bathroom fans. He never returned to finish the last fan, despite many calls and having already been paid for the job. Had to hire another company to finish the job. I also found out several months after the install, that he had hooked up the thermostats incorrectly and it wouldn't run the heat. Had to hire an HVAC company to fix this as well. Unfortunately, I can not recommend Richard.

I hired him to fix an apple sized hole in the wall, but he only finished half of it. He has not replied to any of my emails as well as taking payment up front! Very unprofessional and I am extremely dissatisfied. Either do the job yourself or find someone who can be consistent.

Showed up right on time, problem fixed expeditiously (hard to reach dryer hose), cleaned the workspace, prices very reasonable.

Scheduled an appointment to have electrical work done. One hour past the time of the appointment I hadn't heard anything, so I texted them to see what was going on. They said they were wrapping up with another customer and were about to head this way. 2 hours later they still hadn't shown up, so I texted again asking if tomorrow morning would be better. They said yes, so we rescheduled for the morning. The next day nobody came, so I texted again and never got back any response. Very disappointed.

Richard is a very hard worker and does an excellent job. He changed out 7 ceiling fans and added two recessed lights the very next day after I called him. I highly recommend calling him for your handyman needs.
