Reliable service is difficult to find but Oscar handled everything in my house like a true professional. He not only fixed my door jam, windows, and changed some bulbs in my condo, he explained the reasons why it broke in the first place and how to prevent it from happening and other useful tips.

We communicated via e-mail before his arrival and he was very responsive and helpful.

Now that I've found a good hairdresser, a good place to service my car, and a reliable handyman, my life feels so complete!

Oscar rocks! He can do anything - electrical, dealing with CAT5 wiring, adjusting windows, painting, you name it. He is really good - and also good at telling you when it's more than he can do and you need a tradesman (painter, roofer, etc). He's super professional, always on time, highly efficient, and very independent - just give him the list and it will be done. I highly recommend him!

WOW! Oscar is amazing. I had him and a different handyman work on my place recently and he was more efficient and did a better job on similar tasks.

I had a few tasks to do at my place, which I got a quote would take a few hours. Oscar had everything done in half the time. Some of the tasks I thought would be more time consuming, but he finished them in about the same amount of time it took me to unhook old roman blinds and unwrap a new set.

He is very responsive and accommodating. Since he is this good, he gets booked up. I can't wait to work with him again.

Oscar helped me out with several small projects around my house. Oscar arrived on time and was really polite and friendly. He was totally patient and listened when I explained what I needed to have repaired. He had all of the necessary hardware with him, and completed the jobs within a totally reasonable amount of time. I have been looking for Oscar for over 20 years and I finally found him here. He started with a job that I paid two other 'handy-people' to fix. They each spent a couple of hours working on a door to my yard that kept swelling to the point that I couldn't open it. I contacted Oscar and he came by the next day and immediately figured out what the problem was, fixed it, and thanked *me* for contacting him. Now he's working on a 2-page list of jobs (some small and some not-so) and is almost done. Oscar is a professional; he works quickly and thoroughly and he can do most everything 'house.' He referred me to others for two jobs out of his area. He's also a family man; how sweet. Oscar is the whole package, and I look forward to working with him for years to come.

I have hired Oscar multiple times over the past year, to fix all kinds of things around the house. He is so capable and very very efficient. I've hired other handymen who lolly-gagged around and in the end didn't do such great work. Oscar is head and shoulders above the rest!

The first time I hired Oscar, I gave him a long punch list. Having gotten used to lollygagger handymen in the past, I expected him to take all day. When I checked in on him about an hour later, I was amazed to find he'd already gotten through half my punch list. I couldn't believe it! And the quality of the work was superb.

Since then, I've hired him every few months for various projects, and I'm always so impressed with his work. He does carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting -- you name it! He is also very honest, clean, and conscientious. Because of his track record, he has gotten very very busy and that is the only downside. I have referred him to several friends who are equally happy with his work. I may be shooting myself in the foot referring him, because he gets busier and busier by the day it seems, but he deserves all the work that's coming to him.

Oscar came and helped us with a wide variety of work from the simple (installing towel bars) to the more complex (replacing fixtures, sink faucets). I cannot recommend him highly enough.

He is prompt, technologically current (emails, texts, tracks all his hours electronically, etc) is conscientious (took his shoes off when he came into our apartment, patient with our curious young daughter), and most importantly he is extremely capable. I will continue to use him and expect to tackle bigger and bigger projects with him.
