Meet Mauricio and Benita Pardo. After over 25 years in professional careers in South Florida, we decided to retire. We settled in The Villages Area to embark on our dream of a full renovation of a 9-acre property we acquired in Fruitland Park. Over the years, we have partially renovated and redesigned various properties for clients and our own investments, so we were excited to begin this next venture. Nevertheless, we realized that securing qualified and willing help at a fair cost was a daunting task in this locality. This pertains to all types of work, from minor handyman tasks to professional plumbing assistance.
