We are Mauricio and Benita Pardo. After over 25 years in professional fields in South Florida, we decided to retire. We relocated to The Villages Area to fulfill our dream of renovating a 9-acre property we bought in Fruitland Park. Over the years, we have partially renovated and redesigned many properties for clients and our own investments, so we were eager to take on this new project. Yet, we quickly found that finding qualified and dependable assistance at a fair rate was a significant challenge in this region. This pertains to all types of work, from minor handyman jobs to professional technical services.
