Meet Mauricio and Benita Pardo. After over 25 years in professional fields in South Florida, we decided to retire. We moved to The Villages Area to realize our dream of a complete renovation on a 9-acre property we purchased in Fruitland Park. Throughout the years, we have remodeled and redesigned various properties for clients as well as our own investment projects, so we were eager to take on this new project. However, we soon discovered that locating skilled and reliable help at a reasonable price was quite challenging in this area. This applies to everything from basic handyman tasks to professional technicians.
