They sent out a very good electrician. But I told them when I called that I need them to trace a wire in the ground to my mailbox light that was shorting out. They sent him without a tracer device. He dug around the mailbox to try and find the wire but couldn't find it. He came out the next day with the tracer. Found the problem within 30 minutes and fixed it. They charge me for the day they showed up without the proper tool.

Indicated first thing in the morning that they'd be out later in the day. When I called back in the afternoon, they informed me they were backed up for weeks. Very poor communication.
