Recommended Customer Reviews

As always, Aramish is very nice and if we have questions, he is very patience to explain to us. We have been with Henry's for almost 22 years. They are very reliable.

Overcharged for changing two hose faucets and unplugged one small Osmosis tank under kitchen sink ( not move system). With this job they came twice (1015/2021 and 10/21/2021). They charged us $415.28 and $153.00, total is 568.28. First trip they charged $2.75 hours and second is 0.75hour. It is unbelievable. I contacted with this company and waited over a week. They refused to recognize overcharged. If you need plumber, please walk away from this company.

At the end of October 2020, I hired HSA to replace 3 bathroom faucets, 2 shower faucets and the kitchen sink & faucet. They purchased the cheapest material Home Depot sold. The master bathroom faucet (the one most used) is already broken & will need to be replaced again, after 2 months. Each of the shower faucets are in backwards with the hot/cold on the wrong side. Again, the most used master shower sticks when turned on & will probably also need replacement soon. A job that they told me would take 2 days turned into 7 visits because of leaks, mostly in the sink they removed & replaced. The last leak repair was a drain they replaced & they left some gray clay goop coming out of the drain that is getting all over my food & dishes, making me sick. Then I was told that it ""IS THE LAST WARRANTY CALL AND ANY OTHER LEAK WILL HAVE TO BE AT OWNERS COST"" on the invoice. Every call I made (including a valve replacement that I paid an additional amount) was caused by the HSA Plummer and handymen. The positive thing I can say is that the women in the office are excellent and everyone was nice but some not real good with masks. I deeply regret hiring them.

I have used Henry's Service All for over 20 years. They are reliable and friendly. Very experienced workmen, whether heating/AC, electrical or plumbing. Good guys!

Henry does quality work for reasonable pricing. He always responds quickly especially in emergencies. He is the only company we call.

Had a small job that ended up taking the worker (Jose) a whole day. He dug up a water shut off valve to be replaced. I supplied all of the materials, even had to supply the glue since he was out. I had to go and get some parts from Home Depot. It took me two hrs with the pandemic going on to get in and out and having to go to two stores. He went to lunch during this time and stood around for the rest of it. We got the valves changed out and the water back on. There was no leaks, hooray...
It was the end of the day now. The hole was not covered, he drove away.
He's gives me a bill for 8 hrs labor, $902. The two hrs he stood around I was charged also. I complained but the boss man confirmed it was correct. I still have to fill the hole back in or pay them to come back. I'm filling in the hole myself the next day. This may be what is normal with plumbing but not I'm use too this. Jose did a good job but I will never use them again. I do not recommend them unless you want to spend a lot of money.

I have been using Henry's Service All for my plumbing, electric and heating and cooling needs for over 26 years. They treat me like family and that says it ALL.

Best customer service from the front office to the service techs!!! Call Henry's Service All

I have used Henry's Service All at my business for 15 years for plumbing, electrical and hvac. They are very professional from start to finish. We have some of our employees using them at their homes, including myself. Fair pricing and good service.

About a month ago called Henry's about a stopped up kitchen sink I could not clear. Short version, two hours of messing with it and about $450.00 later my sink would drain again but he recommenced not using garbage disposal I have used for 20 years.
And that was not the problem. All he did was run an auger through drain line. He also at that time punched a hole in a pipe. Noticed water on the back porch and thought it might be groundwater but it kept getting worse and started leaking under the sink on Saturday so decided to call my trusted handyman that used numerous times before for other things and he found that the pipe had been damaged and was leaking. Told me to contact the company that had done the previous work. When I did that, they denied that it could have been caused by them even though they were the only plumbers that had done any work on the plumbing in the last year and said that even so, it wouldn't be covered under the warranty. Not about to pay them again for some issue they created.
I'll chalk this up to coincidence but had Henry's do a preseason AC ""tuneup"" in the spring. First time unit came on after he left noticed it sounded different. Different turned in loud which turned into jet engine reviving up. After quite some time determined it was the squirrel cage blower. A fin damaged. Beats me how a fin on a blower can become damaged but again after about 500.00 it was replaced and quiet again.
