This is a company I would not recommend ! I was lied to from day 1!
I had the part on order and weeks later when the part still was not in as promised I called and the owners wife told me the part was on backorder. More time went by and still no part. The owners wife lied to me the whole time and she tried getting out of by saying they would let me out of the paper my husband signed with them to have the work done ( WHICH HE HAD NO IDEA IT WAS BINDING TO THEM DOING THE WORK HE THOUGHT IT WAS JUST AN ESTIMATE WHICH IS WHAT THEY MADE IT OUT TO BE SO BEWARE WHAT THEY HAVE YOU SIGN). She could not send me that e mail fast enough to get off the hook of lying to me. I called other electricians to do the work and by now it was mid June getting into storm season and no one had time to put me on the schedule. I wasted all of May and June waiting on this Henriquez Electric
I called back to Henriquez Electric again and come to find out from another employee the part was never ordered from day 1. The owners wife lied to me the whole time. I let them know because of there error there was no other electrician available with storm season here and now they finally ordered the part the day the other employee told me the truth. Part was finally installed we had a small problem with it being a little off ,it was sticking and that was another headache with them getting that taken care of. The final horrible event with them , was the owners mother charged both our credit cards 3 TIMES on each card for several different amounts. We were splitting the bill my share and his share so we gave her 2 credit cards. She clearly admitted they were having troubles with there credit card machine and she was trying to get a new one for over a week ! Then why would you take a credit card from a customer risking maxing there card or putting them over the limit. She had NO idea what our situation was and THANK GOD we had room on the card TO COVER HER HUGE MISTAKE. She tied up some of our credit limit for over 5 days! In my opinion this is disorganized company and not worth the headache of using them.

I never requested to do a review for this company. I worked for them for many years and I truly have no complaints. They are great people. Even though some untruthful remarks were made about me, which I expected.

My husband also worked for this company and at the time he was employed he suffered from a medical problem in which he passed in 2017.

Regardless I highly recommend Henriquez Electric.

I recently needed some electrical work done at my house and I called Henriquez Electric. After two other companies did not show up in the days prior, the two gentlemen from Henriquez not only showed up right on time, but they were a pleasure to work with. They were knowledgeable, fast, efficient and very clean. I would recommend Henriquez to anyone who has commercial or residential electrical needs. I had used them for my business needs in the past, but it didn't dawn on me to use them for my residential needs. I'll never call anyone else when I have a need for electrical work.
