I had an outlet that stopped working. I called every place in the book but most wanted a ridiculous fee just to come to my house then they start charging by the hour. I spoke with a gentleman fro Henn who gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone, showed up exactly on time, fixed the problem, then charged me just what he quoted. Honest, reasonable, good work. I highly recommend this company and will use them again if I have electrical needs.

Keith is very responsive and knows his stuff!
He came out the next day and fixed the burned out breaker that was preventing our beloved A/C from working on a 103 degree day. Others didn't even bother to call back. He really cared that we had no A/C and did not take advantage of the situation. Would use him again in a heartbeat!

I noticed one of our outlets was burnt out, we hadn't used it for anything, anyway we needed an electrician so I found Henn on yelp and decided to give him a call, Keith returned my call right away and then he happened to be in the area and was at our home in 15 minutes. Saw the problem, changed the wirings and the outlet plate and it is all good now. He was very nice and professional, and my husband has more work for him to do at a later date...so I'm keeping Henn Electric in my address book for any more electrical problems ! I would highly recommend Keith , for sure he will always be the one that I call !

Sunday morning and electric had gone out but when it came back on some outlets we're not working, called Henn Electric (209) 869-1048 to see if he could come on Monday morning and he offered that day service! He promptly came over, (we all followed him around, including the animals) he quickly discovered the problem and it was fixed! He was kind and courteous (didn't even say anything about my dust bunnies behind the? PC and on his clothes) where the bad plug effecting two rooms was found ;) He EVEN gave us a $5 discount for using cash...on a Sunday! So with that said a 5 star rating deserved, I think thats worth the discount he gave and $1 a star! ;) lol Thanx again Kieth! =)

Keith does great work at reasonable prices. So far at my home he's put in a new breaker circuit for my compressor, changed out junction boxes and installed 3 ceiling fans, and fixed a GFI outlet that was acting up. Unlike some contractors who fall off the face of the earth as soon as you hand them a check, he checks in after the work is complete to make sure there aren't any issues.
Keith will be my first call for electrical work at my home.

We called Henn Electric to give us an estimate on finishing wiring our sunroom and garage. We don't know if he was having a bad day but he had a horrible attitude during the entire visit.

Instead of giving us an estimate he asked us to give him a price of how much we willing to pay. Since when does the customer tell the professional electrician how much to pay! He said his time was very valuable and he had lots of work to do and left without even a goodby.

My husband and I were stunned with his unprofessional attitude. We are still shaking our heads on this guy. Unbelievable...
