They came to the property, took a look at the required job, said they needed a tool and left. They did not return.

Four days later they returned to do the job which required the power company to disconnect the main power. They finished the work and left. They did NOT tell the power company to restore power. Nor did they tell us that we needed to contact the power company to restore power. So we had no power for 24 hours in July in Texas.

Additionally they charged us FOUR HOURS for TWO hours worth of work (they charged us two hours for the first visit when nothing was done, and two hours for the actual job).

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they will rip you off.

This company came to my home, chosen by my landlord, walked through my home to check out the problem we are having with no power to the back of our trailer. They returned to the front of the house and did not day a weird to myself or my husband. They then proceeded to speak with the handy man for our trailer park, informing him that they would not work on our home because it had pet odors and not every plug was accessible. Not only were the two young men that came into my home rude, but they were disrespectful. I don't know about anyone else but we live in our home, it is not a museum. I had back surgery March 2nd and I am behind on my chores, yes there was things in the way, but this is not a new home they are coming to work on. I can't recommend this company due to the arrogant behavior shown by the employees. And by the way they also charged for this trip. Totally unprofessional!!! 3 thumbs down!! I only give them 1 star because I am required to buy yelp.
