I would take extreme caution when hiring this company. They did some contract work for Georgia Power that look place on our property, and did very careless job at it, which ultimately resulted in them running wires directly through our sewer pipe. Our house flooded and we incurred a very expensive plumbing bill to just to repair the pipe. There was also flooring damages from the extensive flooding that we are still unable to repair.

However, I believe the worst part of the entire ordeal was the way I was treated from the very beginning. I was ignored repeatedly for over 2 months. I would call, text, email and it was like pulling teeth. I would get a short response, then nothing for weeks, and then I would have to start the cycle again. In the end, I realized the man I was dealing with was simply not going to work with me. Eventually, he told me they would not pay for any of the damage inside the house. The final straw was after I had waited 2 weeks for plumbing reimbursement check to arrive in the mail, only to find out it was never mailed.

It was extremely disheartening, and I didn't even get so much of an Apology for all the trouble they caused me, which I believe I was owed. I can't speak for other direct services they provide, but I would certainly be cautious.
