This is the second time in 60 days I have used Hegge. I requested a quote for another job as I was very satisfied with the first work they completed for us.

Francisco and Chris arrived for the job, which took the part of two days. They were polite, courteous, respectful of our home, and did impeccable work. We had numerous LED ceiling lights placed throughout our living area. What attention to detail! Francisco ensured everything was in line. No damage at all to the ceiling. They cleaned up when they were completed. One day they were going to arrive about 15 minutes late and called to notify me.

I can't imagine using any other electrician except Hegge. They are honest, trustworthy and depednable. Don't bother wasting your time looking for other contracters.

We recently had Francisco come out to fix a ceiling
fan that was not working. A previous electrician had looked at it and given up. I had some special requests, such as hooking it up to run off our wall switch with no remote. He quickly diagnosed the issue, ran out to get the part he needed. He returned soon after and installed it, now it all works exactly as requested! Terrific guy and very knowledgeable and friendly! Insisted on cleaning up after himself even though this was on a back patio that was a bit of mess following our remodel! Will definitely use them again and highly recommend!

We hired Hegge to fix some electrical problems for a house we are purchasing and they were fabulous! Gave us a fair and fast quote and then returned just a few days later to complete the work. They did everything on the list and added a few more things they found and charged us a very fair price! I will call them for all of our electrical needs!

This was a Home Depot referral and, yes, I would use Hegge again. Hegge is the 2nd electrical contractor I've used to install ceiling fans and I am very satisfied. The first contractor charged me a flat fee per fan install (2 fans=$245.00). Hegge quoted me an hourly rate. For my small place it took 2 hours to install 2 fans and move one (Total Price $195.00)

Hegge Electrical exceeded my expectations in every way

I needed to have a Tesla wall charger installed, and Hegge was at the top of the list of recommended electricians in the area. It started with a pleasant phone call, and from first contact I felt as though they were very accommodating to my difficult schedule.

Francisco was able to do an inspection and install the charger the same day, despite setting my expectation for possibly a two-day process. Francisco was fantastic - very friendly, professional, and tidy. I'm very confident that his work was solid.

Prior to doing the installation, he did a load calculation. He posted this in the electrical panel for the city inspector to review. The inspector commented to me that he was impressed and pleased that Francisco had done this, and commented ""you almost never see this - people will install outlets and cross their fingers that the system can handle it"".

No question, I'll call Hegge back any time I need an electrician.

I have post one review before and Sherryl asked Yelp to remove it. I hope they won't do it this time because I have proof of pictures showing their tech were here at my business.
Sherryl claimed to Yelp that she didn't have me as her customers based on her business record!
My previous post was about charging the estimate without telling me up front. The 2 tech came in for the estimate of adding a new outlet in the room. It took them 45 min. to figure out how to do it! They quote me $800 to get it done. I told them that was out of my budget for adding an outlet. I have left Sherryl a message to let her know the situation.
Next morning, her tech showed up and ask for $100 estimate work. I told him that the lady who talked to me on the phone never mention about that, so I assumed there was a free estimate! But the tech guy said it will be free if I order the service, otherwise there is a fee!
I have called Sherryl to talk about that, and she said I have to pay for the estimate because the tech guys spend 45 min. to work on it. ( Seriously!? They ain't doing nothing but dragging the ladder back and forth to look at the electrical line!)
I have paid them the charge, but I wasn't happy because of their hassle service!
I have called the other electrician who add 2 outlets (not one!) for a fraction price of $120, and took him 30 min. To get it done!
Five star business doesn't mean they are perfect!!
