Great service. On time. Thorough clean-up.

We installed a high voltage charger. Our garage is far from our service drop, but the tech, Victor, who came out to estimate the job found a clever way to use a secondary distribution box and save us over $2,000. He did a thorough walk-through of our home, inside and out, to determine exactly what our power need would be.

The written estimate came the next business day. Victor advised us on where all the work would be done, and how. When it came time to do the installation, Victor headed the crew that was here all day. The work went exactly as proposed, with ""no ups and no extras.""

At one point Victor asked me to join him in the garage. Concerned, I asked if anything was wrong. He said, ""No. If we have a problem, we solve the problem. I just want to get your approval on the right height for the charger."" This pretty much summarized their approach. Thye plan thoroughly, and do the work professionally. There are no shortcuts; they used first rate materials; they pulled a permit, and arranged the final inspection. Everything passed, of course.

This was not an inexpensive job, but Hegge's labor rates and material charges are not at all out of line. There was just a lot of work to do.

Everyone - the owner of the company, the office staff, the electricians - was cheerful, professional, super-responsive, and consistently on-time.

There is no doubt I would use this firm again for any electrical work I needed.

Hegge was a recommended installer by the ClipperCreek manufacturer of wall charging systems for electric/plug-in hybrid vehicles. They did an amazing job of taking care of all of the Riverside County pre-installation permit requests and permit inspections after the installation. Their bid was based on a very careful analysis of my home's electrical system capacity.
Hegge did an EXCELLENT installation job of designing and installing a complex dual-charger set-up inside of my garage. The job was done quickly, professionally and the post-installation clean-up was meticulous. The conduit installed throughout the garage is very clean and professional grade.
Also, the price charged was very fair! I would recommend them to anyone for any eletrical job, large or small.

I was messaging Hegge about some work that needed to be done. Owner replied with pricing for home visit. I called to make the appointment and pay the $300. I was told the owner would call me back a few minutes later. I waited for two hours and then went about finishing my projects. Owner never called back.
