Trevor trouble shot everything he could to ensure that we would not have to lose power frequently throughout the evening. He took the time to explain everything he was doing as well as why or how something worked. He even followed up the next day to make sure that we didn't lose power again overnight! As with a new purchased home, we are constantly finding this or that and will be happy to call Heck Electric back when we are ready to fix some things and start new projects!

Trevor Heck is very Honest, Ethical & Professional. I had issues with my outside Christmas Lights. Moisture got inside my electrical outlet, and my Front & Back outside Christmas Lights would not work. Heck Electric & Solar was highly recommended to me by a longtime friend. She said Trevor was Honest & Ethical. I called on a Saturday Evening, Not only did he take my call; he talked me through the entire process over the phone. He said he didn't want to charge me for resetting a gsf button. I was able to locate the gsf next to my faucet in the Master Bathroom. I pressed the reset button and all lights came on. I am extremely grateful to Trevor Heck for his patience & professionalism. He worked with me, and didn't charge me. I would highly recommend him. Not only is he a Superior Electrician, but also very honest and exhibits the highest level of integrity. Would highly recommend him to everyone!
