Incorrectly diagnosed an issue with my meter box.After arriving the tech left without even turning the power back on to my house to see if the problem was fixed. After speaking with their office they offered a partial refund. However when the refund never arrived I reached back out and they said they wouldn't be send a refund until I ""adjusted my review"". They are legitimately blackmailing their customers.

We had recessed lighting installed and one ceiling fan! They sent over two guys who were very efficient and respectful of our home. They got finished in a timely manner!!!

Called and set up an appointment to get a quote for updating the electrical to my pool pump. Technician finally came to look at my project 10 days later. Another 10 days and 3 more phone calls to the office and I still haven't received a call back or quote yet. I can't wait any longer. I'll be looking for another contractor.

Do NOT hire Heck!!! Did not put any thing down to protect rug or hard wood floors. I had to pick up his tools off the wood and my furniture and put towels down. Also sweep around his feet because he was stepping on the big chunks of drywall. Grinding it into my wood floors! Did I mention he put a hole in the wall in the adjoining room and ended up having to cut a big square of drywall out. Didn't seem to know what he was doing. Very unprofessional! He's been here two hours to put in an ceiling light box! I can't wait to see how the wall repair goes and how much I'll be charged.

We have been reading all positive reviews about this company for over a year now
We finally called and had them install new lighting and change out some fixtures for us. We wholeheartedly stand by all the great reviews and do recommend everyone to use Heck Electric. The process was easy. Ryan Heck responded to our call for an estimate quickly and had his employee Chuck over to do the install. He was great! Very knowledgeable, made suggestions and cleaned up as he worked.

Heck Electric did a wonderful job for us They were prompt and fixed several issues including our stove that was not grounded and was shocking us when we touched it! It turns out that it had 120 volts surging through it. We had several other issues with the house and Heck fixed them all quickly at a cost that was less expensive then I had anticipated. I will recommend them to all my friends and family. They really know what they are doing and were really nice to work with as well.

Heck Electric is an extremely professional company that places a high emphasis on customer service. Ryan Heck was knowledgable, personable and respectful. He stayed much longer that either he or I would have expected to finish the job (a home theater installation), and did not leave until the job was completed despite us hitting a considerable ""hiccup"" with the cable connection to the house. We will use them again, and if you have read this review this far...I suggest that you do as well.
