Do Not Call
I called and was told they would be out to check out my generator. After two no call no shows I called and have left two separate messages to have them contact me. I have never received a return call to reschedule or apologize for not showing up.

Contracted to install a 22kw generator, had no problems what so ever, had to postpone the installation due to rain for a couple of day but they show up when scheduled and were very knowledgeable and professional, follow up communication was great when the gas was installed they returned and fired up the generator and explained what to do and what not to do. They were great in my opinion and would not hesitate to use them again.

We needed someone to install a whole house generator that we ordered from Costco - the generator arrived right after Hurricane Irma. We had already contracted to have it installed by Wally from Heart of Florida Electric as we found him to be knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. When the generator finally arrived two days after Irma, Wally was there first thing the following morning to install it. It works like a dream and we will have him do the annual service as well. He is an authorized Generac installed- if you don't hire an authorized installer you can void the warranty. He arranged for the plumber to hook it up to the gas line. We had a whole house generator in our house up North and It was definitely easier the second time around- we highly recommend Wally and Heart of Florida Electric.
