If there was a way to rate higher than 5 stars we would do that for these guys. We had had a spurious electric problem for several weeks that kept getting worse over time. It finally got to the point where one of our furnaces quit working (in 40 degree weather), half the lights and receptacles in the house were dead and we spent a sleepless night worrying that the house would catch on fire. I contacted two electrical companies that are highly rated on Yelp. One told me they were too busy to help and another told me they could schedule a call in about 3 weeks. We finally contacted HD Electric at 6:45 this morning. Mike and another electrician got to our house by 8:00. By 8:30 they had fixed the problem, explained to us what had happened, waited while I fired up the furnace to ensure it worked and were on the way to their next call. Very polite and professional and excellent service at a reasonable price. HD Electric is now our go to electricians for any future electrical projects or emergencies we might have.

Interacted with Rusty to help my mother in law with an electrical issue, he tried to help troubleshoot over the phone to save a trip and $$$. Ended up needing them and he came out the next morning and got everything fixed. Highly recommended!

Wow.....HD Electric service is awesome. These guys know what they are doing & they are uber professional to boot. Rusty is the guy that answers the phone & he told me when the crew could be there & offered to have the workman call me when they were on the way....which they did.. Mike, the electrician, showed up exactly when he said he would, diagnosed my electrical issues and he & his crew got right to work. They were thorough and tidy. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

We had a tree fall on our power line one weekend which bent the riser pipe to the meter 90 degrees. They came out first thing Monday to replace the riser and worked with the city and PEC to get our power back on that same day.

We also had them do all of the electrical for our master bath remodel. This included moving can lights, replacing an exhaust fan, installing an additional exhaust fan, and new outlets next to the vanity. Some of the plugs and light fixtures had unusual placement and they checked with us several times to make sure the placement was correct. They were very professional and we are very happy with the final results.

Had to get 2 outlets for our Media room. Guys came in and ran the wires and installed the outlets. Price was low, very clean work, and very professional. I have referred many friends to these guys already. They met all of my expectations and again the price was excellent for the quality and clean work they did. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend! I needed some under-cabinet lighting installed in my kitchen. These guys came out and did it in less than an hour and charged me $150 for the hour. This was better than the competition and their work was very high quality. These are my electric guys going forward!

I placed a call to the great folks at HD Electric in Leander, TX, after we'd had extremely bad service with an competing electrical contractor. HD Electric was extremely courteous, prompt, knowledgeable about the problem. I assumed I'd have to be placed on a list for the next few days, however by the time I placed the initial call, we have a follow-up call with Rusty. Rusty sent our electrician Mike over within the hour. Mike was extremely thorough, listened to all of the concerns, and fixed the problems immediately.
HD ELECTRIC will be OUR family's ONLY Electrical Service provider for this point forward. You couldn't ask for better service, ethical folks, and a very decent price.
I can see they they came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by my colleagues at the Police Department and area Chaplain Services Division. Thanks again, Mike, Michael, & Rusty for all that you do! You are appreciated!

I called Rusty at HD to inquire about getting some 220V outlets installed in my workshop. He took some basic information and said Mike Hollaway would be at my house on Tuesday. I didn't hear anymore from him so when Tuesday came I was skeptical but at 8:05 AM Mike rolled up to my house. He looked the job over and directed his crew how to begin while he went for some supplies. By about 10:30 they had completed a perfectly good job, cleaned everything up and were off to the next location.
Their professionalism, courtesy and quality could not have been better. I highly recommend HD Electrical.

I hired these guys based on a friend's recommendation. I was reluctant because I am not knowledgable about this skilled trade. These guys, all of them, did a wonderful job explaining the what and why of it all. Note: this was a HUGE job in a whole house remodel. They gave suggestions and worked tirelessly to ensure the placement and quality was perfect! Unlike so many contractors, I never felt they were being careless of my home nor where they cutting corners. I might add, I was pleased to learn that these guys were constantly taking classes to stay up to date on their trade. Last thought, there were a few times where little things came up that needed to be address either due to a mistake or another contractor interfering. HD electric was amazingly fast to respond and make things right. Although I'm certain you can save a few dollars going with someone else, these guys are worth it. They did the job RIGHT the first time. I'd rank them in the top 2-3 companies I worked with in this whole project. -Danielle
