We had a short one of our electrical outlets which caused breaker to flip/pop. It started with the garbage disposal, humming and not working and then an entire circuit going out. HD Electric diagnosed the problem as a short in the outlet and replaced it. Everything is working fine now.

Vilyam was able to come by pretty soon after getting in touch. Our water heater was not functioning properly and wasn't % if we needed an electrician or a plumber.

Got the run-around after a couple other different electricians and a plumber came by. One of the other electricians that quoted me gave an amount that my gut was telling me not to follow through with.

FORTUNATELY, asked Vilyam to come by, gave him the info I knew and he looked at a few additional things that the other electricians didn't look at, quoted me a FANTASTIC and fair price (I didn't feel like I was being scammed), and replaced my breaker to be extra sure.

Also, was very professional, friendly, courteous, efficient, and showed up earlier than planned!

Will be reaching out to Vilyam in the future, if needed. Oh! And he has a plumber that he loves in case you need a plumber. I've never used his plumber but good people tend to stick together, so, I'd reach out to him for a plumber referral also

I was having some wiring issues with this nightmarishly old home, and HD Electric's Vilyam seemed like a solid enough choice. Because of who I am as a person I did give him a pretty intense run-around as far as scheduling goes, but we managed to nail down a time. He came out, and was able to handle the issue then and there super quickly and professionally. Also, he was able to answer some other electrical-related questions I had which really helped. I've got no reason not to hire him back next time or give his company's name to a friend in the area.

Called Vilyam for an EV Charger installation. He came over and quoted a reasonable price (I had gotten quotes from several other electricians). It wasn't the cheapest quote (which I don't think you want for electrical work), but it was certainly fair based on his professionalism and experience.

He was actually able to slot me in same day, and had the charger installed within 2 hours. So he's fast! The work area was clean and safe after he was done.

We did have a very slight miscommunication/understanding about the project, after it was completed. But I contacted him about it and he responded promptly and worked with me to resolve my issue at no additional charge.

I will work with Vilyam again on my electrical needs.
