Joe was recommended by a friend of a friend after I went through hell with a different company. Joe called me on a Sunday morning and by Monday afternoon I have my Direct TV on :). After a month of no TV and my husband missing his football, Joe came through and provided and excellent customer service.

I hired HD to set up 10 paper lanterns in my yoga studio. When I first called, Joe said he could come in the next morning (a Sunday) to check everything out. He was able to give me an estimate that morning. On the day of the setup, Joe and his assistant were super efficient and had everything completed early. They managed to make my lights look absolutely gorgeous. They were able to work through unexpected challenges (some of the paper lanterns had tears in the holes through which you thread string to hang them up, and they simply punched new holes into them and re-strung them), they came well prepared with the supplies they needed to get the job done, and they were able to do all this the day before Thanksgiving! Says a lot about their work ethic. It means so much to me that they did the job so well and were pleasant to be around. Thanks HD!

Joe is a lifesaver! I was having problems installing my pretty simple stereo system and called to see how quick I could get service considering it's just days away from a holiday. Joe said he could do it the next day but he talked me thru what I needed to do and was able to advise me of the final steps when I was nearly there with it. In truth, I wanted to just schedule him to come finish it but he gave me the info to finish it. Joe is an awesome guy. He easily could have let me flounder but he ended up saving me an appointment.

Since I generally despise all of this connection stuff I am now adding him to my contact list for when I do add some more components. He is more than generous with his advice and he is exactly the kind of guy you can trust and refer to your friends.

There's not enough stars for the experience I had with HD Inc; Joe was extremely knowledgable, explained things in terms I could understand and set me up with my dream entertainment system. He made suggestions that I never would of thought of, but I never once felt that I was being upsold. As a female I felt intimidated with the technological aspect of my setup, but Joe made me comfortable and really listened and me figure out what best suited me.

Joe, originally came to our property while it was under construction in 2004 and pre wired the house. Although we moved in sometime back we had never completed the home sound system. A short while ago I called the phone number I had for Joe, I could not believe it when Joe answered, not only did he remember the house but said he would come over and give us an idea of the cost to finish as it had been a while since his first quote. It was very much the same as 7 years earlier. A few weeks later the job was complete and now works perfectly with 8 inputs 6 zones and 24 speakers throughout the house. He and his staff are truly smart,
responsible and well worth contracting.

I met Joe a few years ago and he has done work for me at every house I lived in. This last job was mounting my High Definition TV on the wall, hiding all the cables and putting an electrical outlet behind the TV. He then helped me with can lights throughout the house. He is very professional and knowledgable.

Joe is also very generous as he has helped me get jobs in his industry. I install DirecTV satellite and Joe has used me on various jobs since he is a DirecTV retailer.

I was nervous when I bought my first flat screen because I never had a tv mounted on a wall before and I was worried about cables showing as I wanted it over my fireplace. A friend recommended Joe and said he was also an electrician so he could hide all of the wires, and avoid the fireplace. My friend did not do Joe justice as he was even better than expected. He never tried to upsell me and did everything for the price we agreed on and there was no pressure to make the project bigger than I wanted it to be. He was able to hide all of the cable, even ran my wii cable through the wall so nothing was showing and the tv looks great. I will definitely use Joe again when I get around to upgrading my other tvs.

Joe was quick to respond to all of my questions. VERY helpful. No up-sales or pressure like some ""Geeks"" I know. Was able to turn my living room into my own personal ESPN Sports Zone! When I explained what I wanted to my wife she thought I was crazy, but after seeing Joe's work, even she was impressed. Licensed electrician (again, unlike some others) and he was able to put an outlet behind each TV LEGALLY.
