Our HOA uses this company to check on the fire sprinklers. Today there was an argumentative manager boss person walking around with his clipboard with a very argumentative behavior that came off as being very rude and unprofessional.

Highly recommend training the management position that is held to be professional and lead with professionalism.

The worker/tech was more professional and patient than the manager boss.

Would not recommend HCI.

HCI Systems has one of the smartest techs. We needed EST3 upgrade along with an old fire works. I have seen the work they did on another building we manage in Irvine.

Our HOA has been using HCI for a few years, and we initially were happy with the service, but we are switching to another company because they are so pricey. We also had an issue a year ago where every one of their workers brought a car and then they argued with our parking guard.

The last time they came they did some work in our building and then a day or so later an alarm went off signaling that our building's water pressure was off. Another company came out to fix it and it was very expensive to fix. We wanted HCI to refund us, but they refuse to pay the bill.

the receptionist is really rude, won't help at all and would treat you like you are dumb, i kept telling her to direct me to the security system services department and she kept telling me that they didn't had one then i told her that please direct my call to a customer rep. to see if they could me and she kept asking stupid questions ugh!!!!!!
