We have been using Gerard and his crew since June 2013. This review is long overdue. They are amazing. They arrive on time and offer reasonable pricing. I have referred Hayden Electric to several of my customers and they have all be pleased with the work.

In June 2013, they added recessed LED lights to my living room/dining room combo. This made the dark room, bright and lively. They are on a dimmer switch so when its movie time. We also added ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. They did a wonderful job.

In September 2013, we did a minor bathroom remodel. The team brought he electrical to code and installed an new quiet bathroom fan.

In November 2013, we remodeled our kitchen and the crew did all the electrical to code. They were amazing because when I needed them, they were there. They did not delay the job in the least. There was a lot of work in the kitchen including, under-cabinet lights, recessed LED lights, and electrical outlets.

Currently, December 2014, they are replacing my outdoor lights.

The team is great. Anyone who comes out will help you with anything electrical. They have solutions and do what they can to get the job done. I refer them all the time to customers, who are very happy with their work.

I had a very poor experience. They installed under cabinet lighting in our kitchen. After a couple of weeks, one of the light strands started to fall. We had to call them multiple times for them to come out to fix it. When they finally came out, they stayed for about 5 minutes then said they didn't have the right parts and that they would return the next day. They never came back. Another month went by and the lights stopped working. We called them multiple times again. They said they would come out. When they finally did, they said they didn't have the part and would come back to fix it. They never returned. Multiple calls again and no response. We finally gave up and had two different electricians look at it. Both were amazed that they had buried the transformer in the wall, not leaving it in an accessible place such as the back of one of the cabinets which is standard. They also said they didn't mount the transformer but just left it hanging by the wires inside the wall which is not to code. These guys do a very poor job and are non-responsive to boot.

Had to upgrade my electrical system, install new outlets, kitchen remodeling, and add lighting source.
He managed to get it done ASAP.

Decades ago, someone did a crappy job of putting the switches in the breaker box. Decades later, it turned my breaker box into Frankenstein's laboratory and my circuits were not working. Fortunately, I hooked up with Hayden Electric (through The Handy Man's recommendation). What I thought would turn out to be a job costing thousands turned out to cost only $100 + $50 for a new breaker.

More importantly, Gerard Hayden explained everything that was happening in that box and what needed to be done. He did the repairs within an hour and replaced the faulty breaker the next day. I saw the price of those breakers at Orchard Supply. Gerard gave me an incredible price break! What a deal! Highly recommended.
