Seriously this company is the most money hungry establishment I've ever encountered and will do anything in their power to overcharge their customers. If I could give this place zero stars I would and I hope to God they go out of business. Thanks a lot for tacking on that extra $200 fee, it's amazing how these people actually go to sleep at night knowing what they do to their customers. Oh and to the lady that answered the phone claiming they gave us advanced notification? It was in the form of some email. There was no phone call, not even a text message and obviously the reason why they would do that was so they could charge us that extra fee no matter what. Thanks a lot for nothing

Hawaiian Electric, known as HECO is the worst most discussing company in Hawaii. In bed with the PUC, they have zero customer service, zero accountability for their ridiculous prices and stronghold they have over Oahu. There is not a single redeeming quality about this terrible utility company. Try and get someone in the phone-good luck. The employees are over paid, lazy and entitled. Everyone who has the ability should go off the grid and install their own solar.
