I was on a waitlist for a whole month for another electrician in town to stand me up. I called Hatch hoping to get on their waitlist. The receptionist was super nice and said she would fit me in as best as possible. I assumed that meant a few weeks to another month since every electrician in town was booked. The next morning I got a call from Charlotte telling me that they're able to come out to my house same day. The technician came out, quickly figured out my crazy Tahoe wiring (that we all have...) fixed the problems & added two outdoor sockets in no time. Extremely reasonable pricing & friendly service. I'll be using Hatch in future.

Called Hatch after receiving a late night phone call from a tenant that there power went out. The unit they live in is old with an older style electric panel. Chip the owner of Hatch returned my call bright and early. Tech arrived at 8 AM and went to work. It was a complex problem and Mike spent the time doing the troubleshooting. Could not be happier with this company. I was told by my tenant the an electric they had called spent 5-6 hours and didn't find the problem? Hatch figured it out and fixed and we are back to peace of mind! Thank you guys very much!!

Hatch installed my Tesla wall charger in my garage.
The foreman showed up when expected. He discussed how the install would be laid out and performed with me, based on where I wanted the charger and how the house electrical was laid out. Based on my verbal commitment he began obtaining parts to do the job.

A separate breaker sub-panel was required, making the job more involved and more expensive. So it goes.

On the morning of the install, the installer showed up on time and worked all day (as expected.)

The work looks professional, and performs as expected. Good. Electrical work is *supposed* to be boring. You don't want any drama here.

I called for an electrician and Mike came out on Wednesday. I'm always impressed when someone shows up on time. Mike was very friendly and very professional. I had called them to look at a light in our condo parking lot and he checked it all out and got it working. I highly recommend this company!

Mike at Hatch Electric did an excellent job. He did a variety of tasks like installing a GFCI and fixing a bad splice among other things. Very sharp, honest and has a pleasant personality. The owner, chip, is very professional, fair and a nice guy too! I trust Hatch and will hire them again.

I just had Hatch Electric install a new 200 amp electrical panel, breakers etc. in my Al Tahoe cabin. All I have to say is WOW they did an awesome job and I'm very satisfied with the outcome.

They are very knowledgeable, professional, and their pricing is very fair. They show up when they say they are, and their workmanship is like art....and very OCD which I love!

When I opened my Electrical Panel door and saw that the card for the breakers was actually typed in beautiful black lettering, the clouds parted and the angels sang for me! I have had years of illegible hand writing on the breaker cards and wires not being strapped properly, messy work, etc.

Everything was done beyond my expectations, And I'm very happy!

Talk to Chip Henderson, he is the owner and a top notch person and wonderful customer service representative. Hatch is now my electrician of choice for Tahoe! Thanks Hatch!
