Matt at Hastings Pacific was our lifesaver in Big Bear, and went above and beyond with his service. He provided us an initial written estimate on the same day as his initial inspection. He walked us through the timeline and process of an electrical panel upgrade, 220V run to our spa, EV charger install, aided in spa placement to meet code requirements, and in addition to all that, he tackled numerous electrical jobs inside and below our home from inspection reports. He always gave us as thorough timelines as he could, considering code enforcement, permitting process, and BVES inspections can be unpredictable.

Matt handheld us through many difficult processes and had much patience while my wife and I were dealing with an overwhelming amount of time-sensitive issues involving multiple repairs in the purchasing of our home. He provided multiple in-depth estimates when he said he would, had great advice on all fronts, and he also acts as a general contractor.

We will definitely hire Matt for any future work, and cannot recommend him highly enough.
