Hasco installed a new air conditioner system this month. Workers were professional and seemed competent. However, when they came out to inspect our home and give us a quote, they did not mention that the new unit would be enormous. Our unit is on our back porch, so the size makes a difference. Unlike the old unit, this one is considerable taller than the old one and in our line of sight when we look out the back window. I would never have purchased the system if I had known this; this is information that they should have provided. In addition, no one contacted us after the unit was installed to see if we were satisfied. After spending over $9,000 on the system, I expected at least a phone call. But maybe once they had our money, they didn't care.

We recently hired Hasco to replace our 43 year old split HVAC system and couldn't be more satisfied with their work! Chris and his crew were professional, hardworking, friendly, and explained every step of the process. They worked with our schedule and our many dogs too! They cleaned up every day and left us with a quiet, efficient system that replaced our over powered, under ducted, inefficient tank of a system. I recommend them strongly to take care of any of your heating and air conditioning needs.

The fan on one of our AC units began acting up. Sal Jr. helped me diagnose the problem over the phone. What other HVAC company does this? He recommended a new capacitor, rather than a new fan motor, and recommended that I bring in the old capacitor and his staff would test it. I also brought the fan motor for him to look at. No problems with the fan motor, but the capacitor was no good. To make a long story short, his staff wired up the new capacitor (based on pics of my old capacitor's wiring), provided some helpful directions for the install, a contact number if I had questions, and $140 later the unit was up and running!

HASCO has my HVAC business for life.

This is a different perspective of doing a review of a Company, We are a HVAC Company. A customer called us up to see if we work on wall heaters in the Riverside area, I told the customer no, but I have a reliable Family owned Company that can be called. Needless not to go into details, HASCO went above and beyond that was asked , outside normal Business hours, etc. Company's get slammed for so many petty things, everyone thinks Company's are out to get money, but I can honestly say HASCO is honest as they get. Keep on doing what your doing, Everyone should follow your ethics. Bravo

Quick Response, Very Friendly Customer Service, Honest, Fast Response & Service Drove all the way to Santa Ana in the heat to fix my 90 year old Dad's Air it was 104 here.We were very Happy! Sal came out to look at our air units for a space of 6000 Sqft. He explained in great detail the layout and why they designed it that way. Looked over our system and even talked about ways to make it cooler with a lighting our store with LEDs. Very honest about cost and what his work entails. Of all days the air conditioner stopped working yesterday when it was blazing hot! I called HASCO yesterday evening and they were able to come out first thing in the morning! Service was quick, the air conditioner is working perfectly now and the service man even changed out my air filter so my husband wouldn't have too! Thank you HASCO!
