The people here are freakin amazing!!! I had been to several different locations in Riverside looking for a ""jump"" or ""pull out"" from my 30 amp fuse box on my air conditioner. My travels lead me to Hasco on Durahart. I handed them the broken piece, explained to them that it's triple digits outside and AC is out. They went out to their shop and walked back in with the same part and handed it to me. They said "" it's on us, go get your AC running"".

THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!!!!

I recommend Hasco to anyone that needs any AC or gutter work done. Amazing people!!

We were quoted a price of $5600 to redo our heating and air conditioning system. When we received our invoices, the total came to $6400. They gave us two invoices for the two different days they were here, and my husband signed both of them. I was not given a chance to look at either one. Soooo, this is partly our fault because my husband signed the invoices without looking at them adequately, and partly their fault because the did not explain the extra charges. The work they did was excellent.

I've use this business for years and cannot say enough good things about them! They are honest, reliable, and go above and beyond to help you. Every single person in this company cares about you and your family and it really shows. My air conditioner broke during the heat wave, and they came out immediately within a couple of hours to see what the problem was. Their technicians were knowledgeable and helpful, after looking at the situation, and the owner of the company called himself to explain what was going on, and told me how he was going to help me fix the problem as soon as possible. I would never recommend using anyone else!

After getting So Cal Gas Co Outrageous bill! I called again on replacement for my Original Payne AC and Furnace, got the estimate for a Complete AC Pro Unit, the work and detail with the install was Exceptional. All I can say is amazing from my first phone call to the service we received!!! Fast , courteous and honest which in these days is very hard to find !!! Our whole unit had gone out during one of the worst heat waves we have experienced , I called them at 4:30 and the next day by 8:30 they were out they even came earlier then expected. Technicians were so nice worked so hard in the heat and got us a new system up and running in no time . Just amazing I would not hesitate to use to them for any of my needs !!!

HASCO installed our A/C unit in 2015 and has been servicing it since then. We had an issue with the unit recently that proved to be a difficult task. Cynthia was great and made scheduling easy. Lucas did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and he and Josh got our A/C unit fixed and running correctly. Thank you Sal for your persistence and always treating us so well. We have family ties with the company, but they have always done a great job for us and friends we have referred to them over the years! Thank you HASCO!

Not an honest repairman. If you want to be ripped off call him. We called him because our ac was blowing warm air. He acts like the most caring humble hard working man but he ripped us off. He so called repaired our HVAC and we paid over $1700 only to learn from a new repairman that Hasco should have looked for and repaired a refrigerant leak. I now have another expensive repair thanks to this man that did not care enough to do an honest job.

I must mention he made 2 trips. First trip he claimed it was a broken part of AC system. Cold air lasted less than 24 hours. Called him back and second visit he claimed 2 more parts And refrigerant needed. Btw the tech was the owner Hasch.

Called for an ac repair. I reported to the tech that I thought my refrigerant had run out. He never checks for a leak and does not ever look at the evaporator. He claimed my problem was a capacitor. He also recommended changing other parts that were not broken but old as well as a cleaning. $ 1200 later when he's done, the ac still didn't work. Then he put refrigerant in it and everything works. He then tells me I have a leak which is what I suggested in the first place. A month later and it's not working again. Two techs from different companies come over and check the evaporator first and immediately determine the leak is in the coil. It was apparent then and now that I was lied to and fraudulently diagnosed. I trusted this tech as im not qualified to know better.
I would stay far away from this company. Completely took advantage of me. And no they never called to schedule the leak detection after he determined I had a leak.
