Update:
Hart HVAC reached out EXTREMELY fast after writing my review. It was all just a miscommunication issue. I've been very happy with their svc over the last few years and was just frustrated over the no call back. I'm so glad I don't have to search for some other inferior svc and keep my business at a local and reliable company. The customer svc Hart showed is unmatched, I recieved several personal calls to right my grievance, and when you do call them, an ACTUAL person answers, NOT an automated recording! That gives you 20 points ahead right from the start in my book.
I truly apologize for my negative review, it was nothing against your svcs, they are top notch. It was just frustration with communication and MY stubbornness.

This company is the absolute best. Their work is amazing. I had two other companies come to my house and quote work in the thousands. Something my home warrantee would not cover. I am a disabled vet, and found myself out of work, and out of luck. I had no AC all summer, and I had Cowboy Veterans help me out. They sent Heart HVAC, they showed up within a few hours of them being notified of the need. Not only were they able to quickly figure out the problem and repaired the coil instead of doing a full replacement which the other two wanted to do. They would have saved me thousands, but Heart actually performed the work as a charity to disable vets, without a guarantee of reimbursement from Cowboy veterans. They were absolutely great, and personable and trustworthy. Next time I need work done, these will be the only people I use. The other two companies that were sent to my house were grifters, Heart HVAC was honest. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. There is a good place waiting for them.

HART saved us from the other HVAC companies that were trying to price gouge us! We had 4 different companies give us quotes to replace our 11 yo heat pump. The other companies were 4K-10K higher for the same 5 ton 2 stage system.

They were timely, honest and great service done in one day. We recommend them to anyone needing to replace their HVAC system.

Hart HVAC changed the price of the install a week before the project and when I declined, they said they would issue the refund. 2 weeks later no refund and they told me to contact their lawyer.

What can I say that has not already been said about HART HVAC. They are a great company to work with who have old fashioned work principles that is hard to find anymore. No high pressure sales just upfront and honest work at more than a reasonable price. I was referred to them by reviews and word of mouth and they turned out even better than what I had heard. I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you are looking for an HVAC company that will not leave you feeling unsure then give them a call.

David is a great guy who will try and get you needs taken care of in a timely fashion and to work with you financially in these trying times. So definitely worth calling to have him come and take care of your HVAC needs.
