Excellent service from start to finish! Hart Electric Company arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and completed the electrical work efficiently with meticulous attention to detail. Highly recommend them for any electrical needs."". Great value for the buck. I would have never been able to hang all my chandeliers, fans, and pendant lights. They also put in a new electrical panel for us as well. The office staff was great - she did a follow-up call to make sure we were happy and asked us to let us know if there was anything else give them a call and we definitely will. We give them a (10)!

If you're looking for a dishonest, unprofessional company with zero integrity then this is the company for you! This company damaged my car on I- 295, a box fell out of the back of one of their vehicles and whatever was inside bounced off the concrete into the front of my car. Dented and scratched it. I called and spoke with crystal (the office manager) who told me she knew what box I was talking about. They are extremely unprofessional, I didn't see the damage until very early the next morning because I am very busy as a full time college student with many responsibilities. Crystal then yelled at me because I didn't call ""yesterday"". when I called the police they said I had TEN days to report the damage. Apparently this was inconvenient to crystal even tho my car is the one that got damaged. After speaking with my insurance company they told me to Tell crystal she could write me a check for the amount of damage or my insurance could go after hers. They have since BLOCKED my phone number and my EMAIL. Only a GUILTY party would BLOCK someone after trying to get in contact TWO times. The last time I spoke to crystal she told me I ""couldn't prove it"" even tho I was in my car when it happened. I have since collected (from the side of the interstate) the item and the box that damaged my car. I have more than enough proof and evidence.

Crystal and Malcom hart (the owner) will not answer the calls from my insurance and are refusing to give us their insurance information, which I am assuming they do not have.

I also assume the OWNER Malcom Hart was driving the car that damaged mine since the phone number on the car goes to his direct line. I will be reaching out to a commercial vehicle lawyer since that seems to be the only way to get my car fixed.

The reason we have insurance is to fix accidents like this. And the fact they won't own up to it, how do you expect them to have integrity on any job they do.

TL;DR : they damaged my car, admitted to it. Won't give me their insurance info.

I hired Hart Electric to do some electric work for me and they did an amazing job. They have one of those trucks that can change parking lot lights at our business. The guy they sent said they do all levels of work.
