Our company was founded on the first of February, 1964, by Ray Hargrove and his child Steve leading the way. The company functions on a philosophy of individualized service, integrity, and worth. The ethics set by our founder from the start are still the guiding principles. We has consistently completed a contract for any cause. We take pride in this and the reality that we have avoided legal disputes for any commercial issue. Our belief is that ""if there’s an issue, fix it!"" This philosophy has served us well, and remains the core principle by which we conduct our everyday activities.

We feel honored of our team, and equally proud of our clients. A large portion of our clientele have been with us for more than three decades. Indeed, our customers feature some of the largest publicly traded companies in the DFW area, such as #1 Exxon-Mobil and the second largest, AT&T.
