Hargrove Electric Co. was founded on February 1st, 1964, when Raymond L. Hargrove alongside his son Steve in charge. The business functions on a foundation of personal service, honesty, and quality. The values set by Raymond in the beginning are still the guiding principles. Our team has consistently completed a project for any circumstance. We are proud of this and the fact that we have never faced litigation for any commercial issue. We believe that ""if something is wrong, make it right!"" This belief has guided us effectively, and remains the core principle by which we conduct day-to-day business.

We are proud of our team, just as we are proud of our customers. A large portion of our clientele have been with us for more than three decades. Indeed, our client base include five of the top ten largest publicly traded companies in the DFW area, such as the largest, Exxon-Mobil and AT&T, the second largest.
