A year ago I hired this company and Jesse to install a transfer switch. Unknown to me at the time it was not working correctly and when I finally went to use it, it failed. Jesse came out as soon as he was aware of the situation and ensured it was working correctly prior to leaving. He went out of his way to provide great customer service and satisfaction. My new go to Electrician! Thanks to Jesse and his team to give me a quick in person quote the same day followed by installation the following day.

I had many question and some concerns Jesse was able to help me navigate to not just what I needed but listened to what I wanted and was able to get his crew and execute within 24 hours after the quote.

His team member Joseph did the installation which included new wiring for two V220 outlets one plug and one hardwire to new machinery. We routed the wires to my request which was a big plus for me.

Had an emergency during one of the warmest days this year. Jessy the owner sent his technician John out within 3 hours and got our power back on. We needed to get a new breaker panel and have some upgrades to prevent future problems. Being the busy summer season we expected to have to wait to get the work scheduled but much to our surprise the work was done 2 days later. Very professional... John was very knowledgeable clean on time and super friendly. I was immediately put at ease and the finish results were exceptional. After the job was complete they cleaned up everything... not a speck of debris left behind. Would happily recommend Harbor to everyone I know. I will no doubt use them again if ever the need arises. Giving 5 stars.. they deserve 10!
