Manager is rude! I waited 3 weeks and he got mad and never sent a guy to fix my manicured frontyard that their truck driver ran over and made a deep damage! Shame on them! Read all reviews about this terrible company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They took out my good lighting and replaced with lighting from Home Depot!!!! They are a ripoff and I spent a lot of money with them. To top it off the manager that answers the phone is a complete jerk and not ethical!!! Again Do NOT USE THEM or you will be sorry!!!!

Sent a gentleman in that says its $1900 to install 2 fans. Gets mad when I called him out. How are they still in business?

Set up an appointment to have and echo flow smart panel 2. Installed to run my ecoflow backup power supply for my whole house. Technician came in. Gave you an estimate of $975 to do the install and later told me that because I needed to get special breakers that was going to cost $1,350. After working for about 5 hours, The technician still could not get the unit to work correctly. It would not transfer power from my main panel to the smart panel 2. When I contacted the company and talked to the supervisor, instead of offering to send another technician out to solve the problem, he stated that if I was so unhappy with their work, he would send someone out to undo everything they had done.

Spoke with Matthew regarding a low voltage problem in my condo. Alfredo came the next day and did a safety inspection, and correctly diagnosed the problem as being in the meter room, not my unit panel. This was a problem for the condo association and Matthew graciously guided me in how to deal with them. Ultimately the association had to run new wiring and decided to use their own electricians since other electricians were not permitted to work in the meter room. I could not be more grateful for the assistance and diagnosis of the problem by Happy Home. That kind of service is priceless!

I Called because lights were flickering. I was told the electrical panel was bad and needed to be changed when in reality the panel is new. When I did not approve the work, I was shown pictures of burned homes and told that would happen to me if I did not accept the $3700 repair I was being offered.
I called another licensed electrician who reviewed all the receptacles and the electrical panel and said there was nothing wrong.
Then I called Happy Home Electric and complained about the scare tactic used with my aunt and they responded that they would hang up on me if I ever called again. I said that is fine but I will report you to the BBB and I will.
How dare you pray on innocent people!

Called. Was told I would get a call back to set an appointment. Never called back. I texted. No call back. I called again and left voicemail. No call back. I called again and had an appointment set up. No call no show. Not sure if I can actually rate the quality of the work but I can rate the quality of how they run a business.
