We called HAP Electric to get a problem solved in our electrical box. We were under the gun to get it done for homeowners insurance as the mitigation report indicated the box had problems.

Michael came out ASAP to work on it, fixed the problem in a flash, was able to take our debit card on site, took a picture of it for the insurance company and emailed both the receipt and picture to me.

I can't tell you how relieved I was when he was able to fix the problem so quickly. His work and work ethic is top notch! Thank you Michael for helping us!

We made plans to meet at my recently purchased home that is unhabitable at the moment. So I booked a room, because I am from out of town, and confirmed with him a couple days before. Mike was professional and courteous on the phone. He showed up on time, understood the issue and knew exactly how to solve it.

I needed an additional 110v outlet installed outside to power a new septic pump, and he made that happen quicker than it took me to get ready for work. He even threw a little patch on the 30+ year old stucco that shed a bit during the install (it happens!).

The cost for the install was quite fair.

I'm new to the area and found myself in need of an electrician. I called Mike Hap after reading how honest and dependable he was. We had a couple of jobs that needed to be done and he arrived on time and completed the first job efficiently without any problems. The second job required another trip and was a bit more involved. He showed up 15 minutes early with the supplies needed and gave us light where we desperately needed it. Pricing was reasonable. I will not hesitate to give him a call or recommend his services if asked.
