They were able to quickly assess our needs and even called service lines with our specific equipment to get the manufacturers point of view. Andy and Malena at Hanson Electric are fantastic to work with. They both are very friendly and pleasant and worked with my hectic schedule. Andy had to troubleshoot finding out why there were grounds in some of the house but not in other parts. He was careful and efficient and was able to bring the house wiring up to date. He also installed a new doorbell and ceiling fan in the bathroom which both work perfectly. His prices are reasonable and his knowledge and experience really show, as he figures out the best way to make things work. We will be calling him back soon to take on another project as soon as possible. Thanks Andy and Malena!

Andy came out twice to get it done right. He ensured that our electricity was restored in an upstairs bedroom where outlets had inexplicably gone out. He patiently troubleshot the situation and made sure the fix stuck, despite the fact that he and his family had to evacuate the Santa Ynez fire area. Talk about dedication to customers! This is the guy you want. He's coming back to move a connection for the new oven and install a fast-charging port for our Bolt. Highly recommend. Thank you, Mr. Hanson.

Andy completed the electrical work for my large kitchen island (installed receptacles for general use and for the dishwasher and disposal). Professional, knowledgeable and overall great individual. We needed a ceiling fan removed and a small ceiling light installed in a weekend home, prior to having a wall bed delivered. I'd been trying for 2 weeks to get an appointment with someone (2 different electricians) with no response. I turned to Yelp and picked Hanson, and hit the jackpot! With only a couple days notice, Andy agreed to come out on a Saturday morning to get the job done. He was on time, clean, and very personable. We asked about some other jobs we would like to have done, including working with PG&E to combine our two meters (house and well) into one meter, and he agreed. Pricing is very reasonable as well. We are so glad we found Andy!

Andy from Hanson Electric was wonderful!! Not only was he super responsive with his messages over Yelp, he was competitively priced and did excellent work. He followed through on everything he said he would do and worked diligently to complete the project during the estimated time-frame. I am fortunate that Andy was able to work on my project with less then one week notice. After requesting several estimates from Yelp, most other electricians required at least a weeks lead-time. Also Andy has a friendly demeanor and is willing to answer all my nascent electrical questions.
