My husband and I had extensive electric work to do in our remodel, and we were pulling our hair out trying to find someone we could trust. A co-worker recommended Chad. His was our third estimate and the difference between him and the others we brought out was night and day. We knew right away he was the guy for us.

Chad and his crew are personable, patient, and extremely competent. He made sure everything was done to code, he used top quality materials, and he also has workman's comp for his workers (that's extremely important to me).

I was here all day so it didn't come up but I wouldn't hesitate to leave him working while I left the house. Everything about him and his crew screams trustworthy. To top it all off his was the lowest of the three estimates we got (though honestly that wasn't the deciding factor).

We've already enthusiastically recommended him to a neighbor and to my parents and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone who asks. We're already planning to bring him back out to do our bathrooms and a panel upgrade so we can install solar. I have to say that my husband and I are extremely picky about who we trust to work on our home and his was the best experience we've had of all the people we've used (and we've used some really great people).

Having people work on my house can feel stressful but this group of gentlemen were so polite, clean, and did a great job for me. They did a great job upgrading our electric panel and installing pigtail on all outlets. They also installed new fans, lightings and crystal chandeliers. They kept their work area clean. They are very reasonable and were great with communication. I am an engineer and very picky but these guys passed the mark and this is why I am giving Chad and his team 5 stars and would highly recommend this company for any electrical work.

Due to the extreme heat, I was in need of two new ceiling fans. I was referred to Chad, who sent Evan to perform the work. He was on time, professional, pointed out things I needed to know about my electricity in the home. He was very neat throughout the job, cleaned everything up when he left, and the finished price was exactly what they quoted. I was very happy with the results.

The owner, Chad, was very professional, knowledgeable and was able to come troubleshoot then replace an outdoor GFI for us quickly and get everything back and running!

The only thing that could've improved upon the service I received from Hanseth Electric is if the electrician had arrived with a breakfast burrito for my tenant.

Anyone looking to establish a career should give consideration to becoming an electrician. Not only is it a job which seemingly can't be outsourced but also one which appears to be in high demand. Of the three electricians I contacted before Hanseth, two outright could offer me no appointment and one couldn't do so until about 2 weeks later and that only came about with my prodding.

I called Hanseth Electric, Chad answered his own phone, and said that an electrician could be there the following morning at 8 a.m. Tomorrow? I might've done cartwheels down my hallway.

Hanseth Electric arrived on time, solved the electrical problem that my Southern California tenant was experiencing, and sent me a bill later that evening. On the bill, Chad had a line I particularly liked:

""Thank you Tracey! Help us get more customers like you on YELP. A comment would be awesome!""

And he didn't even know I was a yelper.

Well Chad, I'm absolutely thrilled I found you. You literally couldn't have made my electrical problem any simpler to deal with from afar. I hope to never experience the need to use your services again (no offense) but if I do, please remember that I'm the customer who loved the fact that you answered your own phone and made time for me immediately, the very next morning. I suspect people will read this and cancel their appointment 2 weeks from now with (insert electrician name here) and call you instead and when they do I hope you can continue to provide such awesome service levels.

I'm one happy customer and thankful now to have found a reliable and responsive electrician in Orange County.

I contacted the Santucci Electric for no power at home. Peter who is the owner of the Santucci, was not available so he referred Chad from Hanseth Electric for the job. Chad arrived on time and within minutes he was able to identify the problem and fixed it. He also did extra stuffs without charging such as redistributed the circuit breakers for the max current loading, installed a electrical outlet and fixing some of loose electrical wires. Chad is professional, courteous, prompt and most importantly is charging a fair price. I impressed with his work so I invited him back to put in a ""fix"" for the aluminum electrical wiring outlets for my house. Thanks Chad for doing very good job.

Chad and Evan came by to install a 240V outlet in my garage. They were extremely polite and courteous and I could tell they knew their stuff. They did a great job with the installation and cleaned up very nicely after themselves. The job was nice and neat. Now I just gotta get my EV to test out the work, but by all accounts, I don't foresee any issues. Chad said that if there were any issues, he would come back out and fix it, no problem!
