We were looking to have some substantial work done to our home. Including garage conversion and adding a home addition. Milestone rep gave me the number for Hank's Handyman Services. I called, gave them an idea of what we wanted and arranged an estimate appointment. The rep came out as scheduled and was pleasant and professional - we went through everything in person, he took pictures, etc and said he'd get back with an estimate in a couple of days.. We waited a couple of weeks and heard nothing. I called them, confirmed they had the correct contact info and was told the project manager would get back with me later in the day. Its been over a week since then and crickets. Totally blown off it would seem - if a company doesn't want a job or are so busy that there will be a delay in providing an estimate, then have the courtesy/decency to say so...phone call, text, email - don't care how, just be the professionals you claim to be...

Hank's workmen did a superior job when installing a new attic ladder. they cleaned up well after the job was done, were very friendly they are now saved on my phone for future jobs Thank you for a job well done.

Great experience with Hanks handyman services. I had several projects that needed to be done. Everything was completed the way I liked and wanted, and in a timely manner. Olek Dantsin was very polite, professional and I plan to use him for other projects. Handyman Dylan helped Olek today to replace 3 doors. Beautiful job! We are so happy we used this company.

Hank's did an overhaul in primary and secondary bathrooms. Primary bathroom was stuck in 1985 with a jetted tub, tiny separate shower..: they removed the tub and created a dream come true. Lovey new shower, cabinets and floor in that room.
The secondary bathroom they removed the old yellow tile that surrounded the tub and put in the same tile from my primary.
The team I had was amazing also, always in touch, on time, kind and the dog loves them.
I'll have them back in '23 for my last bathroom or kitchen!!
Oh, did I mention everyday when the guys were done working they cleaned up, seriously no mess. All trash and material was gone each day.

Hank's Handyman Services was recommended to me by Milestone when I called them to see about getting my dryer vent cleaned. I am so glad they referred me to Hank's because everyone, from Gary & Erin in the office to Fernando, the handyman, was GREAT!!! Originally my appointment was for next Tuesday, but then Gary called today to see if their handyman could come out today. Yes! Fernando was so professional & courteous. He gave me the pricing right up front & explained the work that needed to be done. He showed me the before & after. He also cleaned up the area beautifully & just gave 5 star service. I couldn't be happier. Looks like Hank's has a new customer!

hl they came out to make some repairs to my home. They were polite on the phone, showed up when expected and did a great job. Jose was awesome.

I had five jobs done at my house and it took 8 hours. The prices were absolutely astronomical, but I already had to spend $70 just to get him out there to get an estimate. The estimate fee is only waived if you hire them, so I decided to do that, but after the work was done, I contacted other handyman services and found out I paid three times more than I should have. Do your homework before you hire.

Do not use Hanks. They charge 69.00 to come over for a quote and the quote is a ridiculous amount for the work. I made the mistake of agreeing to pay for this.

I should have looked at reviews first. Sent me an estimate for $1322 for a fee stairs to be fixed after the dog chewed them, and for a tow board in the bathroom. I know how to do all of it except that I'm very busy. When I called to let them know that their invoice was extremely disrespectful and that I didn't know what I was doing they tried to validate their fees with a three-year warranty. I do not recommend them at all. All they're gonna do is see money and try to take it.

I needed a broken refrigerator taken away or moved to the curb and a refrigerator moved from the garage to the kitchen. The estimate I was given was over $600. I could literally buy a new fridge and have it delivered with the old one removed for that price! The nice representative told me they were on the high end of handyman services and charged me $69 to show up. He couldn't or wouldn't break down where he came up with that figure. He actually told me I could find someone to do the job for $50. I wonder how many times they show up, give a ridiculous estimate, collect the $69, and then go off to the next victim, uh, I mean job to collect $69? One the gentlemen that showed up even said he wasn't a handyman, he worked in the office but they were short of help. If you look at their reviews, very often! Well played, Hank, well played.
