Simon Su is the best handyman ever. He comes and solves all problems such as drilling a hole in a concrete wall--he took the time to go to his truck and find the concrete drill. He is a perfectionist too. Not only is his work great, but he takes all the extra boxes and not needed items with him, and leaves your house spic and span!!

We had a lazy Susan door re-hung, two very corroded bathroom sinks replaced, and the latch and lock system completely replaced on our back door. He was great! The work was completed well and quickly, communication was easy and he was punctual and polite. We will definitely contact him when we need a handyman again.

Clean work, great service, easy to communicate with. Simon repaired and replaced a few things in my condo. Replaced ceiling fan, changed shower handles and spout, installed towel rack, repaired blinds, installed a new baseboard, found and fixed electrical problem and replaced all electric outlets for safety. We called him to help fix/replace our shower knob/cartridge. He arrived on time, and was very nice and went straight to work. He wore covers for his feet before entering the shower tub, which we really appreciated. Very clean and professional. Got the job done quick and and the shower is back to working like new. Simon is awesome! After reading the review on Yelp, we reached out to him to install some holiday lights permanently on our house. We ran into a couple electrical snags, but he worked through them and at the end, we got exactly what we wanted for a very fair price! He was professional, friendly, and proficient! Straightforward; hardworking; no hassle; and made our job the priority - he worked our job for 2-days and did not fit us in-between other jobs.
