Once again, I have found a gem of a business thanks to a family referral. I have now been using Vance for all my home handyman needs for over two years. I have never been dissatisfied with his work. He is honest, trustworthy and dependable. In addition, he's a pleasant man. He is easy to talk to, which isn't always the case for a man in his profession. And to top it off, his rates are reasonable.

I have referred him to several friends and neighbors, and they have all told me how happy they are with him and his work. I would not go anywhere else for handyman services. I suggest you don't either. You'll thank me for it.

Vance is a very nice, tidy worker, who does an outstanding job. He has done some plumbing, wiring, drywalling and general work for me, like replacing door handles, replacing some dryrot wood outside, etc. He is a joy to work with and is even on time all the time. And he cleans up after all work!

Note did not use this service. This guy advertises everywhere in Santa Clarita. I Called him about some work needed done.

Told him about some previous problems with other handyman. Guess he got scared.

All of sudden he was booked up and doesn't work weekends. What kind of a person doesn't work weekends or least make attempt to accommodate. Services beware!!Most people work weekends and least Saturdays.

I did a lot of calling around - mostly got voicemails and had a call back ratio of about 25%. Vance phoned back quickly and we scheduled time for an on-site. His prices are fair, he does good work, and if he hasn't done it before, he's upfront and offers, ""well, this is how I'd go about it.""

Vance was able to do everything we needed at home and our small business. He does great work and is reliable - he's our first go-to guy.
