He recently completed the following projects for us:
2 bathroom faucet replacements
1 bathroom sink replacement
2 bathroom shower/sink caulkings
1 interior door reversal (moved the hinges & trim & everything from one side of the doorway to the other & finished it all up so it looks like it was always meant to be that way)
1 AC drip line repair
The finished products were all absolutely perfect! This was only possible due to his wide breadth of knowledge and numerous skills in a variety of fields, ample attention to detail, and excellent workmanship (as our aging condo fought him at every turn).
I would definitely recommend him to family/friends/ANYONE looking for an honest, hard working, multi-talented handyman that they can depend on to do great job!
We bought new pendant lights to hang from an existing track light track, however, the new pendants did not fit. Mike helped purchase new track and installed so that the pendants would work. Work was done quickly and at a reasonable price.
