Rocky is reliable and very fair with his pricing. He does exactly as he says he is going to do. So far he has repaired a window for me and replaced an old track in a cabinet so now it slides perfectly! He also rehung a door for me. I plan to find everything that I need done and see which tasks he is willing to do. He's very friendly and keeps you updated on anything he has to order, and when he will be back to complete the job.
