Made an appointment with Daulton, Frank's son. After waiting 1 1/2 hours for him to show I called and got a recording about being out of office & leaving info on job specs. I contacted Frank and Sons on a Friday with emergency patch repair work that needed to be done at our rental home before being inspected on Monday. Daulton (one of the sons) assisted me and provided me with a quick and very fair estimate, especially being so last minute. They did a fantastic job at the repair work and sent me dozens of pictures and even patched and found some work I was unaware of.
