Dan was incredibly professional and accommodating of my complicated schedule. I work nights. He accomplished numerous tasks in a very timely manner. His prices were overall very fair and the level of the work performed vastly exceeded my expectations. My German Shepard had destroyed several doorframes in my home chewing due to anxiety when we first moved and Dan was able to restore them to new looking condition.

He does an okay job, but since he gets paid hourly, you could tell he was dragging the time on (or he is REALLY slow at his job). He just wants money from you so if you're okay with that and his slowness, go ahead, hire him. No, he's not bad and he doesn't have a horrible mean personality, but he's only interested in getting money.

Dan is more than just a handyman, and he is the best. He helped me set up my IKEA furniture, from the easiest pieces to the hardest. We even had to build my IKEA wardrobe standing up because of the ceiling height. Seriously, you'll be amazed at how much he can do and how easy he makes it look. This man is a true professional in customer service.

Someone here said he wouldn't do a job because it didn't pay enough? Are you kidding me? Okay. I'm a teacher. I am single and didn't have someone to help me pack up my classroom or unpack it again at the beginning of the school year. Dan was there for me, getting heavy boxes up on shelves and off again, moving furniture around and/or fixing or putting it together. It wasn't his highest-paying job each time. Just half a day's work.

And he made it fun. He's such a friendly, easy guy to work with. We would talk and talk and catch up each time he came to help me, at home or at school. He's an excellent handyman and good listener, on top of that. You'll see.

Dan is great to work with! He is my go to guy when my clients need to get their rental property ready to release. He does drywall, texture, paint, hang blinds caulking, light bulbs, ac filters, trash out. He shows up on time and finishes on time.

Dan has completed several projects for my home. I love the service he provides because of his experience with window treatments. There have been several instances where I had the wrong materials and Dan was able to spot it out before drilling holes or beginning work where someone with little experience would have created a mess only to realize the problem with the hardware or items later, only to leave a mess and wall full of holes that need repair. Thank goodness for Dan!!! Because of this there are rescheduling situations and Dan is always willing to re-schedule due to my mix ups with a smile at the drop of a dime. I am not sure what I would do without Dan in our lives to help make our house a home. Thank you so much Dan!!!! I refer you to all my neighbors looking for work around their house for fixing. Especially window treatments which are my favorites

We have a new ceiling fan in our living room! Dan was able to fit us in this weekend, and he installed a new ceiling fan twice. The first one was a dud, but the second one works like a charm. He was very personable, and patient and tenacious. So pleased he could make it work. Would hire him again!
